Delivery Policy
At Roosters Roost, we strive to deliver your order as close as possible to your requested delivery time. Your satisfaction and convenience are important to us.
- Acceptance of Delivery: You agree to accept delivery of the products at the specified time and place.
- Large Orders: For large or catering orders, please contact Roosters Roost well in advance, as fulfillment is subject to availability and management discretion.
- Delivery at Your Door: We deliver to the main entrance of the delivery address. Requests to deliver beyond this point require mutual agreement between the driver and recipient.
- Unavailable at Time of Delivery: If no one is available to receive the order at the provided address, no refund will be issued and the full order amount will still be charged.
- Product Availability: All items are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we may offer a substitute of equal value, or contact you to choose a replacement. Substitutions may affect the final price or delivery fee.
Refund Policy
- Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please call your local Roosters Roost location. Changes may affect pricing.
- Payment Adjustments: For credit card payments, any price changes due to order modifications must be settled before delivery. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for any refunds to reflect on your account.
