Delivery Policy:
At Roosters Roost, we strive to deliver your order as close as possible to your requested delivery time.
- Acceptance of Delivery: You agree to accept delivery of the products at the specified time and place.
- Large Orders: For large orders, please contact Roosters Roost well in advance as fulfillment is subject to our discretion.
- Delivery at Your Door: We deliver to the main entrance of the delivery address. Deliveries beyond this point require mutual consent from both the driver and the recipient.
- Unavailable at Delivery: If you are not available to receive your order at the provided address, we cannot issue a refund, and the full amount of your order will be charged.
- Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In case an item is unavailable, we may offer a substitute of equal quality and price, or contact you to choose a replacement. This may alter the price and/or delivery charges.
Refund Policy:
- Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact your local Roosters Roost. Adjustments to your order may affect the total price.
- Payment Adjustments: If you paid by credit card and there’s a price difference due to order changes, the additional amount must be paid separately, or any refunds will be processed accordingly.
- Refund Processing: Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to process
